Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce

Regular price £2.75

The UK's most popular Indian dish, Tikka Masala was created in the UK. The Aagrah recipe lets you stick to the traditional method of making this dish - by first grilling the chicken. The dish consists of grilled chunks of chicken cooked in a creamy, spicy sauce.

CREATING A UK FAVOURITE

Take 2 dessert spoons of the sauce and marinade 400g of your chosen meat/vegetables. Refrigerate for at least an hour or ideally overnight. Grill the meat/veg under a medium heat until thoroughly cooked. In a pan, empty the remaining contents, add 125ml water to the jar, replace the lid, swirl and add to the pan. Stir in 40g of cream (optional, add more for a creamier dish) and bring to the boil with the lid on. Add your grilled meat/vegetables and stir through until cooked and sauce reaches a desired consistency. Serve with rice, naan bread or chappati's - exquisite!
