Chicken Hara Tikka
Chicken Tikka is a popular Indian street food that is usually cooked in a tandoor oven. The open flame creates a beautiful sear which helps to bring out the wonderful flavours. Now you probably don't have a tandoor oven in your kitchen (!), so a great alternative is to use an air fryer. Our Hara Tikka Spice Blend is a unique blend with subtle flavours and a great alternative to a "standard" tikka and works oh so well in an air fryer.
