Chicken Tikka is a popular Indian streetfood that is usually cooked in a tandoor oven. The open flame creates a beautiful sear which helps to bring out the wonderful flavours. Now you probably don't have a tandoor oven in your kitchen (!), so a great alternative is to use an air fryer. Our Hara Tikka Spice Blend is a unique blend with subtle flavours and a great alternative to a "standard" tikka and works oh so well in an air fryer.

Ingredients
-
3 heaped teaspoons Hara Tikka Spice Blend
- 450g boneless chicken thighs or breast cut into cubes
- Small handful coriander
- Small handful fresh mint (mint sauce also works)
- 1 tbsp Green chilli paste (if you don't have this to hand, you can blend some fresh green bullet chillies in a little oil to make a fresh paste)
- Juice of one lime
- Drizzle of cooking oil
Directions
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Add the chicken and ensure it is well coated with the marinade. Refrigerate for one hour.
Cook in an air fryer at 160 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
Serve immediately and enjoy with Aagrah mango chutney. So simple, so tasty!
