I followed the video today to make the tikka masala. I love curry of all sorts but not too mild and not hot. This was far too hot as others have also noted. I have 3 jars left from my pack of 8 and have yet to find something that is medium. When I do I will order 6 jars. Some have a delicious flavour but spoiled by the heat.e.g hydrabadi.
Could you make a pack of medium curries? Also bring out the flavour of the aromatic spices more than the heat? Or am I asking the impossible ?
WE DIDNT ADD CREAM. AND IT WAS PERFECT. CHICKEN THIGHS AND ONIONS. NOW MY FAVOURITE CURRY SAUCE. NICEST EVER. CANNOT WAIT TO TRY IT WITH CREAM IN TOO.
Beautiful sauce and if cooked as directed, you get the authentic restaurant taste. Our local aagrah closed in Doncaster, so being able to purchase this sauce has been a game changer
Beautifully rich and flavoursome. Good amount of heat too. Recommended
So far we have tried the Hydrabadi and rhe Achari, both were beautiful flavours but too hot. Need a slight adjustment to the heat and they will be perfect.
