Chicken Tray Bake

Today's recipe comes by popular demand. We are often asked for a recipes using our spice blends, so we decided to do just that! We have made Chicken Tray Bake using Aagrah Hara Tikka Spice Blend. This was so simple to cook and the taste, well you'll have follow the recipe to find out!
Ingredients
- Hara Tikka Spice Blend - 2 tbsp
- 10-12chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp yoghurt
- Fistful of fresh coriander
- Fistful of fresh mint
- 1 tbsp green chilli paste
- 1 onion
- 1 lime
- 1 lemon
- 4-5 potatoes
- Fistful of fresh coriander
- Fistful of fresh mint
- Quarter cucumber
- Red chilli
- Tin of Chickpeas (drained)
- 1 tomato
- 1 red onion
Directions
Finely chop the mint and the coriander and add to a bowl..
Squeeze a lime and lemon into the bowl.
Add 1 tbsp of green chilli paste.
Add 1 tbsp of yoghurt.
Add 1 tbsp of Aagrah Hara Tikka Spice Blend.
Give it all a good mix.
Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade mix making sure all the chicken is well coated.
Add the chunky chopped onions and potatoes to the tray.
Bake the chicken thighs in a preheated oven for 55 mins and 200 degrees C, or until golden brown.
While the chicken is cooking prepare the salad.
