
Garlic Butter Prawns Recipe

Garlic Butter King Prawns, made with our Machli Spice Blend. They say a healthy, balanced diet should include at least two portions of fish or seafood per week, so what better way to enjoy seafood than with an Aagrah recipe? Also one of the best things about prawns is that they cook in minutes so these are great during the week when you're time precious.

Ingredients
500g king prawns
A knob of butter
1 lime
Handful coriander
1 Lemon

1 heaped teaspoon Machli Spice Blend
2-3 garlic cloves (crushed)
Directions
Heat the butter in a pan.
Add the prawns and crushed garlic and fry for one minute.
Squeeze one lime and one lemon in to the pan. Don't forget to remove the seeds!
Stir fry for 6-7 minutes.
Add the machli spice.
Add coriander and stir well.
Serve immediately.
