Garlic Butter Prawns Recipe

Ingredients

  • 500g king prawns

  • A knob of butter

  • 1 lime

  • Handful coriander

  • 1 Lemon

  • 1 heaped teaspoon Machli Spice Blend

  • 2-3 garlic cloves (crushed)

Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a pan.

  2. Add the prawns and crushed garlic and fry for one minute.

  3. Squeeze one lime and one lemon in to the pan. Don't forget to remove the seeds!

  4. Stir fry for 6-7 minutes.

  5. Add the machli spice.

  6. Add coriander and stir well.

  7. Serve immediately.
