Ingredients

Hydrabadi Tarka Sauce

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 cauliflower

400g butter beans

100ml double cream or vegan cream

coriander for garnish
Directions
Cut the cauliflower into florets
Add the oil to the pan
Add the cauliflower and allow to cook for approx. 5-7 minutes
Add the butterbeans
Add the jar of Aagrah Hydrabadi Tarka Sauce
Add 70ml water in the jar, add the lid, shake and pour into the pan
Stir it all together
Add the lid and cook for approx 4-5 mins on medium heat
Add the cream, remember you can also use coconut milk too.
Chop some coriander for garnish
Add the coriander to the pan
