Pasta comes in many forms, include long and short shapes, tubes, flat shapes or sheets, miniature shapes for soup, those meant to be filled or stuffed, and specialty or decorative shapes. Pasta is a dish that can used in almost any cuisine and by adding a variety of flavours you can bring a plain boring pasta dish to life. And today we have done just that. We have made Chicken Kofta (meat balls) and added Hydrabadi sauce with tagliatelle pasta to create an easy and simple mouth watering dish.

My wife- who doesn’t like hot food and therefore resorts to ‘kormas’ in restaurants- maintains that this isn’t a proper korma. However, I like this a lot, and have a suspicion that this IS a proper korma, and that local restaurants simply use a different jar… Full marks.
I was expecting so much from these sauces but I've been far from impressed with the first 2 I've tried. We regularly buy Mumtaz sauces but we thought we'd have a change but I won't be buying again. Mumtaz are much better.
