Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 400g mix veg
- 200g potatoes
- 1 chopped chilli
- Coriander

1 Karahi Tarka Jar
- 1 tsp garam masala
Directions
Add the oil to the pan and fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes.
Mix in the Jar or Aagrah Karahi Tarka Base - perfect for your Vegetable Karahi curry recipes.
Fill the jar halfway with water and add this to the pan.
Add in the potatoes and allow the ingredients to simmer for approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
If you opt for a more hot, flavoursome curry, add the chopped red chilli pepper and stir the ingredients thoroughly - cook on medium heat.
Add one teaspoon of Garam Masala to the pan and continue to stir thoroughly.
To finish, garnish the Karahi Vegetarian Curry fresh coriander and serve with basmati rice and fresh naan bread or chapati of choice for exquisite flavour!
