Balti Cooking Sauce

Regular customer of Aagrah, love their Tarka sauces and will be returning again. I wish they would increase the range and other other sauces like Jalfrezie, Madras etc.Great sauces and highly recommended A++++

I tried this for the first time recently, even though I have used all the other sauces. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s really good. Also , it is almost as versatile as Hyderabadi sauce ( which take the first prize for versatility- can be used every day with whatever you cook ).

Cooked a chiicken balti with an Aagrah sauce bought from Tesco. Started by frying some onion which I'd recommend as a base to get the best out of it. Best balti I've cooked. Then of course - in their wisdom - Tesco decide to stop stocking balti. I'll buy direct in future

Great selection, good value and speedy delivery

Been using a few different sauces and can honestly say the sauces make an astonishing difference to any curry. Will be buying more soon. 10/10.

Great taste . Unfortunately these products are never consistent in heat and taste , my last jar had an overpowering garlic flavour.

This is one of my favourite’s go too. And if I want it a little hotter I add three chillies.But to be fair it is amazing and always order more than the others lol all sauces are amazing and so easy and quick to use

Like all of the Aagrah sauces, the Balti is amazing. You always get true flavours with no artificial “gloop” like so many jars. I used to make my own but honestly can’t see the point and always look forward to our curry night.

Balti sauce is just one of many all superb to hard to choose between them so buy them all

This has to be my favourite I just add. Few fresh chillis and boom ! perfect but to be fair all the sauces are amazing and I would not buy from anywhere else as the quality and service is second to none

I made a chicken balti using Aagrah balti sauce for the first time and it was delicious! The best sauce I have ever had - I won’t use any other from now on!

Your sauces are such a breath of fresh air compared to all the other curry sauces that I have tried.
Balti is one of my favourites as it's not blazing hot but spicy enough and great flavours running through it.
I have tried it with lamb and chicken,both are first class!!!
Please do not change the recipe 👍👍👍👍

We have been ordering these Jars for a while. The Chillis on the Jars are not to be followed, sometimes they are great, at other times they are just too hot. I would like some consistency please

The range of sauces are simply the best. We would never order a take away again.

We often have a roast chicken 🐔 for Sunday lunch but only eat half of it. These sauces are ideal for adding to the remaining chicken and a chosen vegetable or two. This week I added chickpeas and a little cream to the chicken and Balti sauce and it was delicious.

I moved away from West Yorkshire with work and always struggle to find a good curry. Now I can make a proper curry at home. I have also tried the handi which was brilliant!

The Balti cooking sauce is amongst my favourite in the range. Full of authentic flavour and brilliant with fish, meat or just vegetables. It does carry a three chilli warning and is quite hot but it is so delicious I hardly notice the extra heat.
So easy to make a lovely meal, A number of friends who have a regular takeaway night have been converted to Aagrah sauces as they prefer them.

It’s so authentic and easy to produce a quick tasty mid week meal. Would highly recommend all the variety of flavours
