Smooth, warm and wholesome! – Make dinner a blast with Aagrah's Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce!
A brand new addition to the Tarka range, the Aagrah Butter Chicken originates from Delhi and has a smooth tomato base with an aromatic blend of spices with a hint a fenugreek. This dish has a gentle heat without the spice of a Hydrabadi or Lahsen and is perfect for the whole family. We absolutely love this one!

SIZE: 270g (Serves 4)
CREATING YOUR BANGIN’ BUTTER CHICKEN – Great with chicken, meat, fish or vegetables.
PREP: To make your Butter Chicken really special, marinade 500g diced chicken in 2 dessert spoons of the paste ideally for 1 hour or overnight.
Step 1: Grill the chicken under a medium heat until thoroughly cooked.
Step2: Empty the remaining jar contents into a pan, add 50ml of water to the jar, replace lid, swirl around and add this to the pan. Stir in 100g double cream* and bring to the boil
Step 3: Add the chicken and stir through until cooked and sauce reaches the desired consistency. Finally, stir in 40-50g of butter. Serve with rice, naan bread or chapatis – delicious!
*Single cream, mild yoghurt or a vegan alternative will also work well.
