I met you guys at the NEC Food & Drink Exhibition on Monday. I was there as an exhibitor with my employer.
The people on the stand were so friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming.
I was so impressed with the products that I took photographs to remind me to look for the sauces in my local supermarket. I couldn’t wait for that, so I ordered 10 from your website and can’t wait to receive them.
The sauces are so so tasty and authentic.

The instructions on the back of the packet don’t make any mention of when and how to add the spice mix in the packet. It just lists chicken, oil, yoghurt, lemon juice and mint. I’m guessing that you add the spice mix to the yoghurt marinade but perhaps you need to make it clearer in the recipe!
Fantastic product; sauces are full of flavour and so easy to make. I can’t cook to save my life but who needs to when these are available!!
I love all aagrah sauces but I am finding some too hot and am having difficulty taking the chilli heat out. I opened the Lahsen sauce and it smelt amazing. I really tried hard adding vegetables and potato and cream. It helped a bit but was still too hot. I made naan bread which also helped to control the heat a little more.I do not know what else to do. I will continue to buy these as I love the way they far excel anything else in a jar. Please could you make them without so much chilli for those of us who cannot take the heat. Apart from that these sauces are superb!!
