Peshwari Tikka Mix originates from the North-West of Pakistan and is perfect for creating an alternative to the more common Punjabi Tikka. Bringing together the delicate flavours of garlic, coriander and mint, this blend will create a mouthwatering addition to any curry evening or barbecued sizzler! 

HOW TO MAKE PESHWARI TIKKA:

You will need:

• 400g diced chicken
• 2 tbsp oil
• 2 tbsp plain/Greek yoghurt
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tsp mint sauce or 10g finely chopped fresh mint (optional)

3 Simple Steps:

1. Mix the oil, yoghurt, lemon juice and mint sauce in a bowl to make the marinade.
2. Add the chicken, make sure each piece is covered well and ideally refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Air fry, grill, barbeque or oven until thoroughly cooked. Serve with some salad and chutneys (we also do them!)
