Handi Cooking Sauce
The Aagrah Handi cooking sauce recipe is taken from the villages of Kashmir and has quickly become a favourite amongst Aagrah diners. This is the traditional dish found in many homes in Kashmir and is perfect with any kind of meat or vegetable.
This sauce is amazing. I cooked chicken thighs in the oven (as opposed to cooking on the hob) and it was really lovely, nice heat to it and bursting with flavours. I've also tried the hyndibadi and even though that's quite hot it's one of my favourites.
