Kashmiri Korma Sauce - Case of 6
HEAT LEVEL: Mild
SIZE: 270g (Serves 3)
A brand new addition to the Tarka range, the Aagrah Kashmiri Korma is a more traditional take on the "British" Korma. Originating in Kashmir and developed especially by Aagrah, the Kashmiri Korma is delicately spiced and full of flavour.
Ingredients: Onions, coconut milk, vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, salt, coriander leaves, turmeric, ground coriander, liquorice powder, chilli powder, garam masala, ground cumin, citric acid, natural flavouring, ground cardamom, ground cinnamon.
Creating your delicious Kashmiri Korma - Great with chicken, fish or vegetables
- Add 2 desserts spoons of oil into a pan and heat, add 400g of your chosen meat/vegetables and fry until browned.
- Stir in the base, add 70ml of water to the jar, replace lid, swirl around and add this to the pan.
- Stir in 40g of natural/mild yoghurt (more if you want extra mild or more sauce), bring to the boil with the lid on and simmer gently for approx. 10 mins or until thoroughly cooked – delicious! Serve with pilau rice - delicious!

We have been diners at the Aagrah restaurants for over 30 years and these sauces are so easy to use at home and are very authentic!
This is a new sauce which I love, it’s a little less spicy/hot than some of the others but delicious for those who like heat
I make this with paneer and load with spinach. Divine, super quick and restaurant quality… but better! Delicious and my go-to quick fix for unexpected visitors. Top notch nosh!
It’s absolutely superb. I’ve been hoping that they would add this to the rest of this really excellent range. I now buy it in packs of six. It does have a mild ‘afterglow’ which is just right. I generally add a sachet of Patak’s coconut cream and a sliced ripe banana…just magnificent. Thoroughly recommended!
Always depend on Aagrah sauces and DHL to deliver to my son and family in Australia a reminder of Aagrah Garforth yum!
Not quite what I expected, but still nice. I will add yoghurt next time I use it.
