Directions

1. Brown the beef mince in 1 tablespoon of oil 1 tbsp oil

2. Add in the can of kidney beans, be sure to include the water!

3. Add in your jar of Achari Tarka Sauce from Aagrah Foods.

4. Add 50ml of water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 20-30 minutes on a medium/low heat with the lid on, stirring occasionally.

5. Add a handful of chopped pickled jalapenos and allow the ingredients to simmer at a reduced heat for a further 2 minutes with the lid off.

6. Upon finishing, the Indian spiced Achari Chilli can be served with tortilla chips to make Indian style Nachos, with guacamole and sour cream - or in taco shells with cheese melts, boiled rice - or even simply on a buttered jacket potato!
