Achari Chilli

Ingredients
- 1 jar (270g) Achari Tarka Sauce
- 500g beef mince
- 1 can (400g) red kidney beans
- Handful of chopped jelapenos
Directions
Brown the beef mince in 1 tablespoon of oil 1 tbsp oil
Add in the can of kidney beans, be sure to include the water!
Add in your jar of Achari Tarka Sauce from Aagrah Foods.
- Add 50ml of water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 20-30 minutes on a medium/low heat with the lid on, stirring occasionally.
Add a handful of chopped pickled jalapenos and allow the ingredients to simmer at a reduced heat for a further 2 minutes with the lid off.
Upon finishing, the Indian spiced Achari Chilli can be served with tortilla chips to make Indian style Nachos, with guacamole and sour cream - or in taco shells with cheese melts, boiled rice - or even simply on a buttered jacket potato!
