Just read the instructions and step 2 mentions a potato or vegetable but it does not say what to do with it.Onion basically that I buy from an Indian restaurant has not potato in it.
This is the best garlic coriander naan bread ever! It is generous with huge pieces of tasty gorgeous smelling bread. Cannot fault this at all. So pleased I have found Aagrah foods ! Excellent.
I bought a jar of Aagrah Mango Chutney from a small shop, and loved it and the hint of cloves in it. I'd had other Mango chutneys before but never Aagrah. When I'd nearly finished the jar, the shop had run out and I couldn't find another local stockist so I had to ration the last bit in the jar. It goes so well with many things or with nothing but a spoon.
Finally, fed-up with not finding any more locally in all the big supermarkets, I went on-line and bought a case of 6 jars, which arrived promptly and very well packed. Heaven !. Happy again . . .
I tried this for the first time recently, even though I have used all the other sauces. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s really good. Also , it is almost as versatile as Hyderabadi sauce ( which take the first prize for versatility- can be used every day with whatever you cook ).
