Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms on a medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Add the butter beans and the jar of Handi Tarka base to the pan. Swirl out the jar with around 100ml water and add this to the pan. Stir well and bring to the boil.
Simmer on a high heat for 5 minutes.
Garnish with coriander and serve with fresh garlic naan.

I will almost always make a curry from scratch. Even if I'm short of time, I would supplement a jar with added garlic/spices/etc. Absolutely no need with this one.
We tried Aagrah curry sauces at the Good food show & so glad we did.. We often use to make curry from scratch not anymore ! This is the nearest to a home made curry in a jar. Enjoy all flavours but my favourite is Hydrabadi
