We've got one more tasty vegan dish which we think you'll love - a mushroom Handi with butter beans. Butter beans aren't often used in Indian cooking but they're a great alternative to meat and work well with an onion based Tarka such as Handi.
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms on a medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Add the butter beans and the jar of Handi Tarka base to the pan. Swirl out the jar with around 100ml water and add this to the pan. Stir well and bring to the boil.
Simmer on a high heat for 5 minutes.
Garnish with coriander and serve with fresh garlic naan.

My first try of this product, I made a curry for a friend and it was so easy and really delicious ,I will ordering again and will try some of the others.
