Directions

1. First, you need to take 300g of chicken and add the chicken to a large frying pan; cook in 1 tablespoon of oil.

2. Add in one jar (270g) of Balti Tarka Sauce from Aagrah Foods when the chicken is cooked.

3. Add 225 ml of water to the pan.

4. Add 125g of mixed vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots) and bring the ingredients to a boil.

5. We now suggest turning the heat down and leaving the dish to simmer for approximately 10 minutes.

6. Place the curry in a large pie dish.

7. Cover the ingredients with a puff pastry sheet, egg wash it and then place the pie into the oven at 200 degrees Celcius for approximately 20 minutes to 25 minutes, or until the pastry is desirably cooked, flaky and golden brown.

8. To finish, serve the pie with mashed potatoes and fresh green salad.
