Directions

1. Add 2 tbsp of Punjabi Spice Blend to an oven tray

   

2. Slice the lemons and squeeze the juice to the chicken

   

3. Add 50ml olive oil

   

4. Add the chicken to the tray

   

5. Mix well and cover the chicken

   

6. Slice the potatoes and add them to the tray

   

7. Chop the onion into chunks and add to the tray

   

8. Slice the chillies in half and add as needed

   

9. Add the tomatoes

   

10. A quick drizzle of olive oil

    

11. Now transfer to a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 45-50 mins

12. Serve and enjoy!
