Paneer Tikka Masala is a popular Indian curry where cubes of paneer (Indian cottage cheese) are cooked in a sauce of your choice and best served with a fluffy naan or boiled rice. Paneer Tikka Masala is a very easy dish to make, and no need to worry about the naan as we also sell them too! Just order and relax.

Ingredients
250g cubed paneer
1 jar Tikka Masala Tarka sauce
Garlic naan
Plain naan
Handful coriander
1 red chilli
100ml double cream or vegan alternative cream
70ml water
Directions
Cut the paneer into cubes if not already
Add some oil to a pan and allow to heat (approx 2 tbsp)
Add the paneer and fry until golden brown
Add the Tikka Masala sauce
Add 70ml water
Stir and allow to cook on medium heat for approx 5 mins
Add the cream
Stir again and further cook for 4-5 mins
Chop the coriander and chilli (chilli optional if you want a little heat)
Serve into a plate
Garnish with the coriander and chilli
Serve with naan and enjoy!
