Peshawari Lamb Chops
jar (270g) Achari Tarka Sauce
- 16 lamb chops
- 150g mild Greek style yoghurt
- 1 tbsp garden mint sauce
- 2 medium sized ripe tomatoes
To begin your Peshawari Dish, empty 270g of the Achari Tarka sauce from Aagrah Foods into a large bowl
Add 150g of mild Greek-style yoghurt
Add one tablespoon of garden mint sauce and two finely chopped ripe tomatoes
Add the rack of lamb chops and mix thoroughly until the chops are completely covered with the marinade. Refrigerate the ingredients and marinate the lamb overnight.
Cook the lamb chops on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side, preferably until medium-rare. This will allow for the grilled lamb to become a tender meat.
Serve the Peshwari marinade Lamb Chop's piping hot with lemon juice or mint dressing, roasted garlic and mango chutney for a mouth-watering meal with great flavourings.
