Aagrah 6-Pack Mixed Selection

I ordered a mixed pack of 6 assorted sauces at the beginng of June and it has taken a while to try all of them. I did not use any extra oil as recommended as I thought the sauces oily enough.
First off was the Achari which was tasy although a little oily. It was aslo a little too sour, although on the list of ingredients I could not see where the sourness was coming from.
Next to go was the Balti, again very tasty and again a little oily and a touch too sweet.
Next the Hydrabadi. This was much more to my taste, full of flavour and spicy.
Next the karahi, a delicious mix of flavours, my favourite so far.
Next the Handi, on first tasting I thought a little mild, but it is a delicious mixture of subtle flavours. My new favourite!
I left the Tikka Masala until last as it is a curry I have never tried before. another favourite. Rich and spicy.

These sauces are by far the best I have ever tasted from a jar and the results are the same standard you would expect in a restaurant. The Balti, Achari and Hydrabadi are all outstanding in my opinion though the Handi, Karahi and Tikka Masala were a bit too mild for my taste but really nice anyway and easy to make hotter if you want to with a couple of chillies. I have ordered and received another 14 jars and will continue to use Aagrah for a very long time.

These sauces are excellent & very authentic , so quick & easy to make a delicious meal in no time at all . Delivery was extremely fast.... can't fault at all... highly recommended

tried one of the pastes yesterday for the first time, made an excellent lamb curry , we made one mistake , we only had a pack of diced lamb weighing 300 gram but added 70 ml water so sauce was a bit thin. next time with this amount of meat would only add 50 ml water

I found a jar of Agra’s sauce at the back of the larder and decided to use it even through it was past it’s BBD. it was truly excellent and very favourably received by me very picky partner. Liz suggested I try and find more which I duly did. I have only tried another different sauce and it was as good as the original. They are of a high quality, and are HIGHLY recommended.
