Punjabi Tikka Mix is ideal for creating the perfect Tandoori Chicken Tikka. This blend is very versatile and can be used for marinading any type of meat, fish, vegetable or even paneer (cheese). The Aagrah Punjabi Spice Blend originates in the North East of Pakistan and has been a favourite in our restaurants for decades.

Ingredients: Ground spices (coriander, chilli powder, turmeric, black pepper, cumin, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, fenugreek), salt, maize starch, maltodextrin, dried garlic, dried onion, sugar, caraway seeds, rapeseed oil, colour (paprika extract), natural flavouring, dried bay leaf.  May contain traces of gluten, soya, milk, celery, mustard, sulphur dioxide.

How to make "Proppa Good" Chicken Tikka:

You will need:

  • 400g diced chicken
  • 2-3 tbsp plain yoghurt
  • Juice of 1 lemon

3 Simple Steps:

  1. In a bowl, mix the sachet with the yoghurt and lemon juice. For mild, add more yoghurt or less if you want a real spicy kick!
  2. Add the chicken, making sure each piece is covered well and ideally let it party for a good 30 minutes (or overnight in the fridge). 
  3. Air fry, grill, barbeque or oven until thoroughly cooked.

Serve with some salad and chutneys (we also them!)
