This is such a good sauce. We make a Prawn Korma with it quite often - delicious.

Very tasty and easy to follow directions.
Everyone in the family loved it, including the kids.
Rather than oil i used butter, which also worked well.

Cooked a chiicken balti with an Aagrah sauce bought from Tesco. Started by frying some onion which I'd recommend as a base to get the best out of it. Best balti I've cooked. Then of course - in their wisdom - Tesco decide to stop stocking balti. I'll buy direct in future

i first tried the butter chicken and pilau rice mix in aldi and was so dissapointed that i couldn't get it again.
i have just about told everybody they have to try it.

Such a nice cooking sauce! My mum struggles with spice, the other Aagrah sauces are too hot for her but she loves this one, very mild but still a lot of flavour.

Would definitely order again, the butter chicken and Hydrabadi are amazing still got 7 more different sauces to try

Absolutely love this mix so easy to make I slightly salt my onions and leave for an hour then wash and pat dry and also grate two potatoes in squeezed throgh a cloth to remove excess water add coriander although it says mild on packet it is full of chilli flakes you may want to sieve some out
